They...

....are the biggest little blessings in mine and Neal's lives.

....make each other smile.

....make our hearts smile.

....amaze us every day.

She...

....is a wonderful big sister, although at times she can love her little brother a little too much.

....loves preschool.

....knows her letters and the sounds most of them make.

....has better manners than some adults I know.

....enjoys being mommy's little helper these days and is darn good at it.

....chooses fruit over french fries.

....is a whiz on the computer.

....loves, loves, loves, to be read to and will often sit and 'read' her books to herself.

....is full of life and energy.

....asks a lot of questions.

....has the ability to make our hearts melt with every 'I love you'.

He...

....has red hair that curls when wet.

....has the sweetest disposition.

....smiles all the time.

....lets out the occasional giggle.

....rolled over twice yesterday!

....wants so badly to sit up. Neal will hold his hands and he actually pulls himself up to a sitting position, then smiles.

....is constantly moving his arms and legs and is really strong.

....sleeps only 45 minutes at a time during the day, but does much better at night with 4 and 5 hour stretches.

....absolutely loves to take a bath.

....is our sweet little man.

Hey Good Lookin'

Jonah loves to check himself out in the mirror, I mean with his Daddy's dashing good looks, who wouldn't want to stare at him all day long! We put his little play mirror up in his crib so that he could check himself out, just like his big sister did when she was his age. He really enjoys hanging out in his crib tapping on the mirror, smiling and talking away to himself.

Snow Part 2

The snow stuck around for about 3 days, I think that is the longest we have had snow on the ground here in the Carolinas, at least that I can recall. So needless to say when Sophie woke up on day 2 and saw that there was still snow on the ground she had to get out and play in it again. It was Daddy's turn this time and man did they have a blast! The snow had gotten a nice coating of sleet on top of it the first night and made for some great sledding down our front yard and on the street in front of our house....don't worry folks we live on a cul-de-sac so we weren't sending our precious little 3 year old careening into to traffic. No snow angels for Sophie and Daddy just an awesome igloo and sledding on her skateboard just like last year. Click HERE to see last year's snow pictures.
